Generation of transcriptome profiles and parallel detection of surface proteins at the single-cell level

Example application:

• Functional monitoring of therapeutic CARs (e.g., CAR-T or CAR-NK cells) and monitoring of treatment success in patient samples (Rade et al. *)

Available assays:

• Assays for complete transcriptome analysis:
  • GEM-X Universal 3' Gene Expression – optionally in combination with ATAC-Seq
  • GEM-X Universal 5‘ Gene Expression – optionally in combination with Single Cell Immune Profiling
    • T-cell and/or B-cell receptor analysis
    • Analysis of user-defined surface proteins
• Probe-based assay for coding regions of the transcriptome:
  • Flex Gene Expression – optionally in combination with analysis of CAR-constructs or custom rargets (user-defined probe design)
