The undirected introduction of genetic material into cells using transposases or viral vectors (lentiviral, gammaretroviral) can cause safety-relevant changes in gene expression.

Integration site analysis of, for example, CAR products enables the localization and risk assessment (safe harbor analysis) of genomic integrations.

Available assays:

• PCR protocols for the genomic sequencing of lentiviral, gammaretroviral, and sleeping beauty integrations
• Adaption of PCR protocols to specific research questions, if required
