High-resolution NGS methods

Single cell sequencing and multi-omics (10x GENOMICS workflows):

  • Generation of transcriptome profiles and parallel detection of surface proteins at single cell level
  • Application examples: Functional control of therapeutic CARs (e.g. CAR-T cells, CAR-NK cells) and monitoring the success of therapy in patients
  • Available assays:

    • Chromium GEM-X Single Cell 5' Gene Expression
    • Single Cell Immune Profiling
      • Chromium Single Cell V(D)J (T-cell and/or B-cell receptor analysis is performed in combination with 5' gene expression analysis)
      • Expression of surface proteins

Spatial sequencing (Visium Spatial10x GENOMICS):

  • Spatially resolved gene expression profiles in tissues down to single cell resolution
  • Application example: Parallel molecular and imaging characterization of tumor, tumor-infiltrating immune cells and tumor microenvironment
  • Available assays:
    • HD Spatial Gene Expression (FFPE tissue)
    • Spatial Gene Expression (FFPE and cryogenic tissue)
